Training for one handed lists Athis as an Expert trainer so he trains up to L75 in one handed. However you also need to be over is it at least level 25 to get training from him.

Like-wise for Heavy Armour and Light Armour skills, so easy to level up without trainers. I also use Alchemy, Pickpocket and Sneak trainers, but not Lockpicking trainers, as that's too easy to level up.
